As a result of military aggression against Ukraine by Russia, which began on February 24, 2022:

• Nearly 3.5 million people have fled Ukraine due to the fastest and largest population displacement crisis of the century.
• Millions of people remain in danger and need urgent help as attacks on Ukrainian cities continue.
• The bombings and shelling damaged homes, schools, hospitals and theater shelters for families.
• All violations of international humanitarian law must be investigated and those responsible brought to justice.
